INCENTIVE/FIT:Tyrell isn't what you'd call a good person (he is, technically, one of the main antagonists of the show). He knows what he wants and how to get it. Intimacy doesn't mean much to him -- he's willing to use it to his advantage, if it suits him; even with his wife it's less about pleasure and more about power -- but he is (questionably) loyal to his wife and to their unborn child. He wants only what's best for them, and for himself, ultimately. If it benefits himself or his family in any way, he'll do whatever it takes to achieve his end goal, regardless of whether it involves intimacy or violence. He would never force anyone into anything -- only because he's persuasive and charming enough to convince people to go along with his advances (a fine line between consent and coercion).
That said, selfishness and a love for power, for being on top, is the root of Tyrell's entire life's motivation, and he has an intensely deep ambition to become the CTO of E Corp, to further his career and the amount of respect he garners among the company (and, arguably, from his wife). Being CTO means power and a better life, so there's nothing else he could possibly want more; if the city administration could make that a reality, then absolutely he would agree to stay a little while in Eudio. Being physically intimate with people is easy for him -- and, in the end, it's the easiest way to get what he wants, too.

[ the network is a pathetic cesspool of everyday people, all of them wanting attention or answers, reaching out to whomever might listen without a second thought as to who they might be. it isn't something tyrell would normally indulge in, though perhaps it's better to think of it now as taking advantage of. a means to an end, that's all. his face appears on the screen, his hair combed precisely, his suit pristine. there are many ways to gain someone's trust, one of them being a smile. he's perfected the art of the fake genuine smile, the one that makes people feel comfortable, like he's on their side, when, really, he couldn't be any further from their side. this has nothing to do with them and everything to do with him. to get to where he's gotten, he's had to make a lot of people feel a lot of different things -- but the one thing no one should ever feel around tyrell is safe, and yet ... trust has always been the easiest to gain. ]
